Don’t think of day camp as a baby-sitting session. Every Unity Camp includes morning and afternoon karate lessons, imaginative games, fitness education, lessons in friendship-making and conflict resolution, lots of hydration and healthy snacks. Kids go home each day happy and exhausted.

Camp Leader, Sensei Tanner Critz, is a father of two and has 25 years of martial arts experience. He uses safe teaching practices and is certified in CPR and first aid.

June 21-25
Adventure Quest Part 1

Kids will construct padded weapons, solve puzzles and problems, and learn to compete safely with a variety of padded weapons and shields as they become a group of young heroes destined to bring down the evil dragon emperor!
1st-6th grade.

9am-3pm Mon-Fri
$225 members, $250 non-members

July 12-16
Ranking Camp
Intensive but enjoyable lessons in the official Cuong Nhu curriculum followed by a test for higher rank. Great for beginners and current students 2nd-7th grade who seriously want to advance their karate skills.

July 26-30
Adventure Quest Part 2
Activities and story line are a continuation and grand finale of Adventure Quest Part 1 but the first camp is not required. Come to either one, or even better, venture to both.

August 9-13
Animal Camp
Kids love the five animal styles in Cuong Nhu martial arts: tiger, monkey, snake, crane, and dragon. With the Little Rock Zoo we’ll learn to emulate animal movement and craft costume pieces to enhance understanding. Enjoyable for 1st-6th grades.
